Knowing Peace

This morning I am listening to the smooth sounds of Allen Stone, Lalah Hathaway and Damien Escobar along with lavender tea and my favorite, sliced pears.

Sitting back in the quietness this morning is so calming. With the stresses of everyday life during this pandemic I always remain thankful for my many blessings and never take them for granted.

Give yourself permission to check out from all the things that could possibly stress and worry you. Allow yourself the time to reconnect with yourself, your heart and your spirit.

Listen to music.

Reflect.

Spoil yourself.

Affirmations:

Peace embraces me today.

I deserve to be peaceful.

I deserve to be serene. It’s okay to be happy. It’s okay to say I’m happy.

I give myself permission to be relaxed and happy

With every breath I become more peaceful.

Peace surrounds me in all that I do.

The more love and peace I extend the more I receive.

I continue to be happy Life isn’t meant to be lived perfectly…but merely to be LIVED.

Boldly, wildly, beautifully, uncertainly, imperfectly, magically LIVED. I am thankful for simply being alive today

I will always be thankful for whatever life brings

Every day, I count my blessings and thank for all that I have At the end of each day, I express my gratitude

Every day, I appreciate my life more than ever.

Every new day deepens my gratitude for all things

Feeling grateful puts me in a state of calm and openness

I am immensely grateful to be alive today.

Giving up is easy and always an option so let’s delay for another day.

Action is the energy that translates my thoughts into reality.

My daily process goals inspire me to action every day.
